Social Media Management – content creation, poster/banner/menu card designs, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Google My Business (GMB) profile creation & updates.

Custom creative design services such as logos, branding, and graphics.

3. Payments & Pricing

Projects are priced based on scope, timeline, and requirements.

Payments must follow the agreed proposal or invoice.

Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Work begins only after advance confirmation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate details, branding materials, and content promptly.

Delays in providing assets may extend timelines.

Clients must review and approve final deliverables carefully.

5. Revisions & Deliverables

Services include a set number of revisions (per agreement).

Extra revisions may incur additional charges.

Final deliverables will be provided in agreed formats (e.g., website files, design assets).

6. Intellectual Property

All work remains property of Krish Times until full payment.

After payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client.

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms (hosting, plugins, Meta Ads policies, Google updates).

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

Completed work up to the termination date will be billed.

Advance payments are non-refundable unless mutually agreed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
